Terms
Beatriz Vrettos, trading as Consider It Solved, in Adelaide. South Australian law applies.
The full app is not released yet. What is online now is a camera test. Nothing is charged, no account is created, and those photos never leave your device.
$99 a month per location, in advance, in Australian dollars. Cancel any time, running to the end of the month you have paid for. No refunds for change of mind, and nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Holds your first photo over the camera, scores how closely the new shot lines up, and builds the comparison. No cropping, brightening, retouching or filters. It makes no clinical claim, measures nothing, and is not a diagnostic tool.
Saved into your own Google Drive, in your own account, a folder per client. Never on my servers. If you cancel, they are already where they have always been.
Yours to obtain and keep, including before using any photo in marketing. The app stores a consent tick, a name and a timestamp beside the photo so your record stays together. That is a record keeping feature, not legal advice.
Before and after photos taken in a treatment setting are often health information under Australian privacy law, where the rules are stricter. Handling that correctly inside your business is your responsibility. If you are unsure what applies to you, get advice before you start.
One subscription covers one location. You approve each device, and your staff only see the client in front of them.
Provided as it is. I fix faults quickly but cannot promise it is never down, and I am not responsible for what happens inside your Google account. To the extent the law allows, my liability is capped at what you paid in the previous three months.
Terms and price can change. You will be told before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel.
Privacy
Your clients' photos go to your Google Drive, not to me. What I hold is the little that is needed to give you an account and charge you for it.
A folder per client inside your own Google account. Never my servers, never the camera roll. In the camera test, nothing leaves the device at all.
Your name and email, your business and location name, the shot lists you set up, and the devices you approve.
Card numbers, and anything in your Drive beyond the folder the app writes to.
Permission to write to one folder, used only for that. The app does not read the rest of your Drive.
Nobody beyond the services needed to run it: hosting and payments. Never sold, never given to advertisers.
Account details while your account is open, then a reasonable period for tax. Ask and they are deleted. Your photos sit in your Drive, so they stay or go as you decide.
